Two large thugs with more muscle than brains who work for Frank Cassidy. They do this dirty work. Cassidy orders them to rough up Charlie the jockey and take his winnings. They rough him up a little too hard and jump Benny Cahill when he comes to tell Charlie what happened to his winnings.
